Originally founded in 1866, Jamies Jewellers is a 5th generation family owned and operated jewellery store with 150 years of expertise, knowledge and reputation. They are experts in handcrafted jewellery.

As a founding member of Australiasia’s largest jewellery buying group, Nationwide Jewellers, Jamies Jewellers have won the Nationwide New Zealand Jeweller of the Year Award twice, in 2013 and 2017.

The design experience

A specialist team of trusted and experienced manufacturing jewellers provide customers with an opportunity to realise their dream of owning unique, handcrafted jewellery created just for them. Jamies Jewellers work closely with each customer to come up with a concept at the right price. The staff have access to a large number of gemstones, designs and ideas and love to refine and perfect them into beautiful individual heir loom pieces.

Highly skilled jewellers can remodel existing items of jewellery such as joining two wedding bands to make one, melting down an old worn bracelet into a solid bangle or revamping an existing ring – the possibilities are huge!

Selecting the perfect stone

Jamies Jewellers is an Antwerp Diamond Broker with staff travelling regularly to the diamond buying and cutting houses in Antwerp to select diamonds on behalf of their customers thereby offering a highly personalised service. On return, Jamies Jewellers will create handcrafted jewellery in their workshop to meet the jewellery needs of their customers.
